Front Desk Training: Getting Started in Prospyr
Welcome to Prospyr. This guide is your starting point as a front desk team member. It walks you through the four things you'll do every day — knowing your way around a patient profile, scheduling appointments, checking patients in, and checking patients out — and links you to the detailed article for each step.
Work through the sections in order. Each linked article stands on its own, so you can also come back and use this page as a reference later.
