What are intake magic links?
Prospyr's intake magic links securely deliver your required intake directly to the relevant along with their appointment reminders. With a single click, patients will be able to fill out any forms and consents required before their appointment.
These help:
Reduce time spent on intake in office and during appointments by having more patients complete intake prior to their visit
Eliminate the need to login to a patient portal and navigate to an appointment to complete intake
How do I turn on magic links?
1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select Configuration
3. Choose Messaging
4. Toggle on the "Enable Links to complete appointments in reminders" setting
5. Click on Update Settings to save your settings
What happens once magic links are turned on?
If a patient has intake to complete prior to their appointment, then a link to fill out their forms will be included with their appointment reminder:
When that link is clicked, patients will immediately be able to start completing forms and consents. Once that is done, they can view their patient portal account, confirm there appointment, and more.
If a patient does not have intake to complete prior to an appointment, then the link will not be included in any reminders.
