Before You Begin:
This article assumes your locations, providers, and services are already set up. If you haven't done that yet, start with How to Create an Online Booking Page.
How start times are calculated
Two settings work together to determine which appointment times patients can select:
Scheduling interval — controls the starting times patients may select (for example, every 15 minutes). This applies practice-wide.
Service duration — controls how much time the appointment reserves once booked. This is set per service.
For example, a 15-minute scheduling interval may show openings at 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, and 9:45 — as long as the provider and service duration allow it.
