Patient Tags in Prospyr

Patient tags allow you to see and store key patient information in the heading of their patient profile. These can be used to highlight critical information at a glance.

There are two types of patient tags: automatic and custom.

Prospyr automatically adds patient tags in the following scenarios:

  1. The patient has an active membership

  2. The patient has indicated on intake forms or the staff has recorded that the patient has a relevant allergy

  3. The patient has given a media consent

Custom tags can be used to tag patients based on any criteria selected by the practice (e.g., and "Employee" tag for employee patient accounts.

Membership Tags
