Scheduling an Appointment within Prospyr

Simplifying Appointment Booking in Prosper

  1. Initiating Appointment Booking

    • Click on "New Event" or select an available time on the calendar.

    • White space indicates available time, while gray space indicates non-working hours.

  2. Creating an Appointment

    • Click and drag or double click on the calendar to create an appointment.

    • Choose to create a new patient or select an existing patient.

    • Key patient information will be displayed through tags or profile notes.

  3. Setting Appointment Details

    • Set the location and service for the appointment.

    • Provider will be automatically set if clicked on a provider's column.

    • Manually set the provider if using the new event button.

    • Add additional services with the same or different providers.

  4. Adjusting Appointment Time

    • Use the "Change Date or Time" option to adjust the appointment time.

    • Available slots for the appointment will be displayed in green boxes.

    • Navigate to different weeks or months using the calendar option.

  5. Adding Scheduler Notes

    • Include scheduler notes on the appointment for reference.

  6. Managing Payment

    • If a card on file is required, you will be prompted to add one before creating the appointment.

    • Use a saved card on file if available.

    • Override the requirement if needed to directly schedule the appointment.
