Redeeming Prepaid Services and Package Credits

1. Checkout or create an invoice for a patient as you normally would (via the schedule, appointment record, patient profile, or invoices page)

2. Ensure the provider who should be getting credit for the completed service is selected in the provider dropdown on the invoice

3. Click on Add Service to select the service performed to the invoice (if not already added)

4. Select the quantity of the service which were completed (this can be greater than the number of prepaid credits the patient has, they'll just need to pay the difference)

5. Click on Apply Invoice Coupons to access prepaid credits

6. Select the service credit you want to use

7. Select the quantity to redeem (which must be less than or equal to the quantity of that service on the invoice)

8. Click on Pay Now to complete the transaction

9. If no balance is due, you'll be prompted to mark the invoice as paid to redeem the credits from the patient's account
