If you've forgotten your password or can't sign in, you can reset it yourself from the Prospyr login page — no need to contact your practice administrator.
Reset your password
Go to the Prospyr login page.
Enter the email address associated with your Prospyr account in the Email address field.
Select Forgot password?
Look for the confirmation message Password Reset Email sent, which lets you know the request went through.
Open your email inbox and find the password-reset email.
Select the link in the email and create a new password.
Return to the Prospyr login page and sign in with your email address and new password.
Note: For your security, never share your password or your password-reset link with anyone — not even a coworker or your practice administrator.
Important: The reset link is only valid for a limited time. If too much time passes before you use it, you'll need to request a new one.
Common issues and troubleshooting
I didn't get the reset email
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Double-check that you entered the same email address your Prospyr account uses to sign in.
Search your inbox for "password reset" in case it landed somewhere unexpected.
If a few minutes have passed with nothing, go back to the login page and request another email.
The reset link isn't working
Reset links expire after a set amount of time. If yours doesn't work, return to the Prospyr login page and select Forgot password? again to request a fresh link.
I still can't get back into my account
