Learn how to easily edit or cancel an appointment. This guide covers two ways to access appointment details and make updates as needed.
There are 2 starting points for canceling or editing an appointment.
Enter from the Patient
Enter from the Schedule
Entering from the Patient
Step 1: Go to the Patient tab, Search patient name, and go to Appointments.
Step 2: Click Edit in the appointment you want to make changes to.
Step 3: To cancel the appointment, click Delete. The appointment will be cancelled and removed from the schedule.
Step 4: Click Edit to open the appointment details module and make adjustments to the appointment.
Step 5: From here, you can update the location, room, remove or add a service, and change the date.
Step 6: After finishing your changes, click Done to save.
Entering from the Schedule:
Step 1: Select Schedule, then click directly on the appointment. The appointment details module will open.
Step 2: From here, click Delete to cancel the appointment, or click Edit to make any changes.
