Optimizing Patient Profiles in Loom
Updating Tags on Patient Profiles
Remove existing tags by clicking the X next to the tag.
Create a new tag by choosing from pre-existing options or typing to create a new tag.
Updating Contact Information
Click on the ID card in the top right corner.
Edit patient information and save the updates.
Adding Addresses to Patient Profiles
Click the edit button.
Add a new address and set it as default billing or shipping address.
Adding a Card on File
A card is automatically added for successful card not present transactions.
Click save to capture a new card for the patient's file.
