Patients who join the Waitlist will receive a text and/or email notification if a sooner appointment becomes available and fits the practice's availability settings. This helps practices fill appointment openings more efficiently and maximize schedule availability.
Step 1: From the online booking page, patients start by selecting a service they want.
Step 2: Next, they can choose the first available provider or a specific provider.
Step 3: From here, patients can scroll down and select Join Waitlist if they would like an earlier appointment. If an appointment becomes available sooner and fits the practice's availability settings, the patient will receive a text and/or email notification with the opportunity to claim the available opening.
