Patients who have already set up their portal account can access it at any time by going to patient.prospyrmed.com
If you do not see "Invite to Patient Portal" after clicking on the action button, this means that the patient already has an existing account. Please have the patient click "forgot password" under the sign in fields to reset their password if they are unable to log into their account.
Important: Patients must log in with the same email address that is in their patient profile.
