Your Checklist for Setting Up Prospyr

Follow these steps to get your Prospyr workspace set up exactly how you'd like it!

The sections are organized in the recommended order of operations, if you are not using a feature listed, please feel free to skip it

The purpose of this guide is to help you get the basics of your Prospyr workspace set up.

If at any point you find yourself stuck or have a question, you can hit the "Help & Support button within Prospyr or email [email protected]

Even if some items have been imported for you, it is highly recommended that you follow the steps below to review and confirm the system configuration.

Setting Up Your Prospyr Payment Processing

  1. Navigate to the payments settings page and hit the "Onboard as Merchant" button to access and complete your application for Prospyr's Integrated payments system.

  2. Once you've completed the forms and been approved, you can reach out to the Prospyr Support team to order a credit card terminal

  3. While you are on the payments page, this is also a good chance to select the payment methods you'd like to accept.

Configure Your Clinical Messaging

  1. Set up your appointment confirmation (choose the "messaging" tab)

  2. Set up your appointment reminders (same as above)

  3. Configure your Pre and Post Care Emails (choose the "Messaging" Tab)

Set up your lead capture and online booking
