To support smooth scheduling, you can set up resources such as rooms or devices in your booking flow. Prospyr will then only show appointment availability when both the required resource and an eligible provider are available.

Additional resources like rooms or devices can be added to Prospyr to be factored into your booking system
Adding Devices or Rooms
Go to Settings and choose Devices.
Click on a device's name to edit availability or scope.
Click Create to add a new device.
Device Fields
Name: Unique identifier for the device.
Device type: What type of resource is this (this will control availability)
Location: Where the device is located.
Associated services: Which services require a resource of this type to be available to serve them
Calendar Settings
Set calendar settings to align with location hours.
