Simplifying Online Booking Process with Resources in Prospyr
To ensure smooth clinical operations, you can factor in resources such as rooms or devices into your booking flow. If done, Prospyr will ensure the required resource and a provider able to perform the service are both available when generating appointment availability within the app or via online booking.
Introduction
Additional resources like rooms or devices can be added to Prospyr to be factored into your booking system
Adding Devices or Rooms
Go to Settings and choose Devices.
Click on a device's name to edit availability or scope.
Click Create to add a new device.
Device Fields
Name: Unique identifier for the device.
Device type: What type of resource is this (this will control availability)
Location: Where the device is located.
Associated services: Which services require a resource of this type to be available to serve them
Calendar Settings
Set calendar settings to align with location hours.
