This tutorial will cover managing your retail Product catalog in Prospyr.
Accessing the Catalog
Go to settings
Select catalog
Choose the products option
Creating a New Product
Click on the create button
Input product name for invoices and storefront
Add description and product image (optional for non-storefront products)
Categorize the product based on product category or vendor
Setting Pricing and Tax
Set fixed price, per unit, or custom pricing
Define tax rate for the product
Control tax rates by location in settings
Additional Product Details
Choose locations where the product is sold
Activate product for sale
Display product in storefront
Add pre or post care instructions
Link product to inventory for tracking (Prospyr will deduct an item from inventory automatically each time a product is sold
