Creating And Managing Locations

Locations can be used to designate your physical or virtual locations

They can be used for one-time events you are throwing to deliver specially priced or timed services

There is no extra charge for setting up new locations.

Go to settings and choose locations from the left-hand menu.

Hit create to name the location (e.g., Prosper Austin).

Enter the location email address, phone number, max patients per time slot, and time zone.

Add the address of the location.

Hit create location to finalize.

Set calendar settings to designate which hours show up on your schedule when viewing this location

Associate providers, devices, and services with the location.

Enroll location in ePrescribing if using Prosper ERX.

In the location settings, click on the name to update information.

Locations in Prosper can be easily managed and customized to benefit your practice.

Regularly review and update location information as needed.
