Creating and Managing Providers In Prospyr
Access Provider Settings
Go to settings, providers in Prosper.
Types of Providers to Add
Bookable service providers (e.g., surgeons, nurse injectors, estheticians).
Medical director (if applicable).
Creating a Provider
Click on the create button.
Fill out basic information (name, email, phone number).
Optionally add a supplementary title and indicate MD degree.
Link user account with provider account for seamless operations (if the user has already been invited)
Include date of birth and address if using eRX
Select locations the provider serves.
Work Settings
Set advance notice for appointments.
Input state license, DEA, and NPI numbers.
Designate provider for e-prescribing and good faith exam.
Enable online booking for the provider.
Provider Schedules
Set default availability for a standard week.
Add exceptions to the schedule.
Specify services the provider can perform.
Enroll the provider for e-prescribing if applicable (approval typically takes 1-2 days)
