How to use the media archive, edit photos, and sort by consent status

1. Media archive is where you can find a collection of all patient photos. You are able to search by patient, or comb through all media.

2. Search by tag by choosing a tag from the list, or directly typing the tag you're looking for.

3. Search by date allows you to search for photos uploaded/taken on a certain date, or within a range of dates.

The highlighted drop down allows you to select the month and year, and below you are able to select days.

4. Search by type lets you filter by before, after, before and after, markup, and other types of photos

Before photo- photos marked as before photos should be photos of patients before their procedures

After photo- photos of patients after their procedures

Before and after- side by side photos comparing patients' before and after photos

Markup photo- photos that have been edited with Prospyr's markup tools. Commonly known as "visual charting"

Other- photos that do not fall into any of the above categories. Ex: photos of medications

5. Search by consent filters if patients have given full media consent, or clinical consent

Full media consent- the patient has filled out a consent stating they are ok with their photos being used for social media and advertising

8. Clicking on a photo enables you to edit the photo and the photo's data

Floppy disk - Saves image

Page with down arrow - Saves image to device

Clock - Image history

Box - View image in full screen

Right side options:

Patient - Search for a patient and assign the photo to them.

Share to patient portal - Toggle on/off to give patient access to the photo

Media date - Date photo was uploaded/taken

Media type - Select between before, after, before and after, markup, and other

Media tags - Customizable. Add descriptive tags such as botox, rhinoplasty, etc.

9. The image can also be cropped, flipped/rotated, and have its properties adjusted

10. By clicking on adjust, you are able to crop and flip and rotate the image

Select the desired length and width in pixels, or click and drag the corner of the grid square to manually manipulate cropping of the image.

13. Select the type of post you plan on creating, and Prospyr will apply the appropriate dimensions.

14. In adjust, you can edit the lighting, clarity, temperature, etc.

15. When you are done editing the image, click on save image

16. The plus sign allows you to add photos to the media archive

17. Select the desired option

Upload Media - upload new photos from your device

Take Photo - take a photo with your device

Control Canon Camera - launches Canon integration to take photos with a Canon camera

Create Before and after - Allows you to select 2 photos to create a before and after photo
