Overview: Patient Profile Tabs

What each tab on the patient profile shows,

1. Activity Tab

Shows the patient's comprehensive history with the practice in chronological order. To see more information on any line item click the down arrow.

2. Appointments Tab

The appointments tab shows patient appointment history. To see more details about the appointment, click View More. The appointment can be edited by clicking on the edit button. You can also search, and filter by specific dates

3. Invoices Tab

The invoices tab shows you all invoice history. At the top is a summary of all combined invoices. To see more information about a particular invoice, click on the invoice number.

Status:

Incomplete- Invoice is partially paid

Outstanding- The entire balance has yet to be paid

Complete- The entire balance has been paid off

4. Medical Info Tab

The patient's medical info can be viewed and edited from the medical info tab. Clicking the edit button allows you to add or change information. At the bottom of the page you can also find and add vitals.

5. Photos Tab

Under the photos tab, you can see all media uploaded to the client profile. If the photos have been tagged, you can search by tag. You can also use the highlighted buttons to toggle between list and grid view.

6. Notes Tab

In the notes tab, you will see notes that have been attached directly to the client profile. These notes are not attached to an appointment, but rather serve as a general profile note. You can expand previously written notes by clicking on the down arrow next to the author's name. New notes can be created at the top, and can be marked as internal only.

7. Tasks Tab

The tasks tab shows task history related to the patient. Tasks are actions that must be taken by a certain date. They will be organized by complete/incomplete status. To the right you will see who the task is assigned to.

8. Documents Tab

The documents tab provides a comprehensive list of every document the patients has filled out with the practice. Documents can be edited with the edit button, or deleted with the trash can button.

9. Conversations Tab

Under the conversations tab is where SMS messaging between the patient and the practice can be found. You can send a photo by clicking the camera button. Green delivered banners mean that a message successfully reached the patient. Red undelivered banners means that the message needs to be resent, as it did not go through.

10. Notices Tab

Any notices relating to the patient will be found here

11. Action Button

Invite Patient- Send the patient an invite to Prospyr patient portal

Upload Photo- Upload photos directly to the patient profile

Create Appointment- Schedule an appointment for the selected patient

Create Invoice- Create an invoice that can be charged to the patient. Creating an invoice this way will not link it to an appointment.

Create Task- Creates a task related to the patient that will be due by a certain date

Upload Document- Upload documentation such as consent forms to the patient profile

Create Scheduling Link- Creates a link that can be sent to the patient so they are able to schedule themselves

Canon Camera Photo- Prospyr is integrated with certain Canon cameras. This option accesses that feature

Create Telehealth Session- Creates a compliant video call that the patient can join
