Choose accounts for your workspace

  • Prospyr opens a Choose accounts for this workspace window. Check the box next to each Facebook Page (and its linked Instagram account) you want this workspace to use, then click Connect selected.

  • If a Page is marked Connected to another workspace, it's already linked elsewhere in Prospyr and can't be selected here.

Your account(s) now appear on the Manage accounts page with a Connected status.

Choosing which messages Prospyr fetches

Each connected account on the Manage accounts page has its own Fetch control dropdown. This controls which message types Prospyr pulls in for that account:

  • A connected Facebook Page has one option: Facebook Messages.

  • A connected Instagram account has two options: Instagram Messages and Instagram Stories Replies. You can turn on one or both.

Click the dropdown next to an account and check or uncheck the message types you want. If every available option for that account is checked, the field displays All messages.
