How to Enroll in ScriptSure

Complete the setup process for your workspace and providers to begin using ScriptSure e-prescribing.

Set up ScriptSure to start electronically sending prescriptions for your workspace and providers. Follow the steps below to set up your workspace, confirm provider information, and complete enrollment.

Before you begin:

  1. The provider will need to have an ID.me account. If they do not already have one, create it before starting enrollment.

  2. The email used for ScriptSure should match the email associated with the provider’s ID.me account.

  3. Have the provider’s NPI number, state medical license number, and DEA number ready.

  4. The provider must already be set up in Prospyr before starting enrollment. If the provider has not been created yet, first complete the provider setup process.

Step 1: Go to Settings, Prescriptions, and Scripture Enrollment.

Step 2: In the first box, enroll your workspace by clicking the enrollment button.

Step 3: Review the second box for locations available for enrollment. Each location needs a complete address, phone number, and fax. If any required information is missing, you'll see a notification. Click Edit to update location details if needed.
