Your practice has its own online gift card page, so patients can buy a gift card any time, for themselves or someone else. Set the page up once in Settings, then share its link wherever patients find you.
Before you begin: Online card payments need Finix payments turned on and set up for your practice. Without it, buyers see No payment method currently available. at checkout. If that happens, contact Prospyr Support.
Open your gift card settings
Settings: At the bottom of the left menu. Scroll down if you don't see it.
Online Tools: Opens the list of online settings.
Gift Cards: Opens your gift card page settings.
There's no separate on/off switch for online sales. Your page link is always shown at the top, under Gift card page link:.
Style your gift card page
Visual Style: Sets your page colors so they match your brand.
Headline: The main title at the top of your gift card page.
Purchase Confirmation Message: What buyers see on screen after they buy.
Customize the recipient email
Promotional Subtext: A short line about current promotions or perks.
Email Body Template: The main message. Blue tags fill in details, like the recipient's name and gift amount.
Gift Card Hero Image: Optional. Shown on your gift card page and in the email.
Gift Card Policy / Subtext: Small print on your gift card page and at the bottom of the email.
Set your amounts and save
Terms & Purchase Options
Terms of Service URL: A link to your gift card terms. Buyers accept your terms before paying.
Allow Custom Amounts: When on, buyers can enter their own amount instead of a preset.
Preset Gift Card Amounts
Paid Amount: What the buyer pays for that option.
Value Amount: What the gift card is worth. Set it higher to offer a deal, like pay $100, get $120.
Add Gift Card Option: Adds a new preset. Enter its Paid Amount and Value Amount.
Save your changes
Update Gift Card Options: Saves everything on this page. You'll see Updated gift card options.
Share your gift card page link
Gift card page link: Your practice's own gift card page.
Copy icon: Copies the link. You'll see URL has been copied to your clipboard.
Paste the link anywhere patients find you, like your website, email newsletter, or social media.
What the buyer and recipient receive
The buyer
They complete checkout. The buyer selects a gift card amount, enters their details and the recipient’s information, and chooses when the gift card email will be sent.
They see a purchase confirmation. A confirmation message appears on screen after payment.
They receive a confirmation email. The email is titled “Your practice - Gift card purchase confirmation.” It includes the gift card amount, the recipient’s email address, and when the gift card email will be sent.
The recipient
Their gift card balance is available after payment. The balance is automatically added to the recipient’s patient profile. If they don’t already have a Prospyr profile, one is created during online checkout.
They receive a gift card email. The email is sent immediately or at the date and time the buyer selected. It includes the gift card amount and sender’s name and follows your configured email settings.
Your team applies the balance at checkout. When the recipient comes in, you can apply the balance directly from their patient profile. No gift card code is needed.

Good to know
Same link every time: Editing your settings doesn't change your page link.
Minimum amount: Online gift cards start at $10.
Emails can be missed: If a buyer or recipient can't find an email, ask them to check spam.
