Navigating photo and video upload and configurations

1. From an appointment, click on the edit button next to photos

2. Click on Upload photo

3. Three options will populate. Select the one you'd like to do.

Drag 'n' drop file - Allows you to upload photos/videos from your device, or capture new photo/video

Take a ghost photo - Allows you to line up your camera with a previously captured image

Take multiple photos - Allows for you to take and upload several photos at once

4. After clicking on take ghost photo, a gallery of images you can ghost over will appear. Select the image you'd like to work with.

5. Once satisfied with the line up, click the capture button (highlighted in blue), and then save. The slider icon changes the transparency of the image.

6. Click on Upload Photo or Video…

7. To capture multiple images, continue clicking the capture button. A gallery of images you've taken will appear on the right. When you're satisfied will all the photos captured, click save.

8. You are able to take multiple photos in bulk after performing a multi-photo capture. Be sure the correct patient is selected, the correct date, media type, and type whatever tags you'd like.

9. On mobile, you can capture video directly through Prospyr. Click on upload file, then select take photo or video

10. Ensure your camera is toggled to video, and start recording
