1. Click on the appointment you'd like to complete
2. Click on link to appointment in the pop-out window
3. Be sure to add any consumables that were used during the appointment. Click on manage consumables.
4. A dialogue box will pop up with any consumables that are assigned to the service. Click on Resolve next to the name of the applicable consumable.
5. Under product, search for the name of the consumable used.
6. Applicable lot numbers will auto populate in the metadata field. Enter the quantity of the consumable used. This can be units if using injectables.
7. Click on Submit once the consumable has been chosen and the quantity has been entered
8. Ensure that all charting has been completed before proceeding
Fill out notes, add/take photos, and register vitals under the medical info tab if applicable.
9. Scroll down to invoices. Click the edit button to access the invoice and fill out the invoice data. Payment can also be taken from the invoice page.
10. Once all of the appointment information has been completed, click on Booked next to the applicable appointment.
11. Change status to Completed
