Creating and Managing Prospyr Packages

Set up and manage packages in Prospyr to offer bundled deals, control pricing, and customize how packages appear in your storefront. Here's how to create a new package or edit an existing one.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Select Catalog.

Step 3: Click on Packages.

Step 4: Click New Package to start creating a package.

Step 5: Enter a name for your package at the top.

Step 6: Add a package description if you want it to display on your storefront.

Step 7: Upload an image for the package if you want it shown on the storefront.

Step 8: Set a specific price for the package by toggling the Custom Override switch and entering the price.

Step 9: Add a tax rate if needed.

Step 10: If you want the package available for online purchase, toggle Show in Storefront

Step 11: In the Services section, search for and add services to your package.

Step 12: Specify the quantity of each included service.

Step 13: If the package credits should expire, enter the number of valid days.

Step 14: Enable interchangeable services to let customers pick an alternative service, if desired.

Step 15: Set a discount if the package should have one. Enter a percentage discount for options like 20% off. Alternatively, set a fixed-dollar amount discount if preferred. Note that this option will be grayed out if you have already set a package price custom override.

Step 16: When finished, click Create Package.

Step 1: Click Edit next to the package you want to change.

Step 2: Update the name, description, or image as needed.

Step 3: Adjust price, tax rate, storefront settings, and included services—both standard and interchangeable.

Step 4: Click Save Changes to confirm your edits.
