Learn how to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to Prospyr Messaging so you can manage and respond to direct messages from one centralized inbox. This integration helps streamline communication, improve response times, and keep customer conversations organized.
Before You Begin:
Before continuing, ensure you have:
• Completed the Instagram DM Integration Prerequisites article
Step 1: Go to Social Media.
Step 2: Click the green Add circle.
Step 3: Choose Manage Accounts.
Step 4: Click Connect Account.
Step 5: Click Continue to start connecting your Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Step 6: Select All to grant Prospyr access to the required Facebook permissions.
Step 7: Click Continue to confirm your selection.
Step 8: Next choose All to grant Prosper access to the required Instagram permissions.
Step 9: Click Continue to confirm your selection.
Step 10: Review the access requests and, once ready, click Save.
Step 11: Then click Got It.
