How Faxing Works in Prospyr

Faxing in Prospyr streamlines communication by allowing you to manage faxes directly within your workspace. Whether you're receiving, sending, or organizing faxes, Prospyr AI makes it simple and efficient. Here’s how to use the faxing features step by step.

Step 1: Access your fax inbox and outbox by going to Settings.

Step 3: Manage multiple fax numbers within a single workspace. You can handle fax contacts here as well—import contacts or add them manually.

Step 4: Check your fax inbox for recently received faxes. Each fax comes with an AI-generated summary for quick review. View, download, or relink a fax as needed.

Step 5: If a fax isn’t automatically linked to the correct patient, use the Relink function. Prosper AI tries to link faxes based on content, but you can manually adjust as well.

Step 6: Review your outbox to see sent faxes and which contacts received them.

Step 7: To send a new fax, select a contact from your list or enter a one-off fax number directly. This is perfect for sending to someone not in your contacts.
