Before connecting Instagram Direct Messages in Prospyr, you'll need an Instagram Business account connected to a Facebook Business Page. Follow the steps below to prepare your accounts for the integration.

Step 2: Convert Instagram to a Business Account

Select Switch to professional account.

1. Open the Instagram mobile app.
2. Go to Settings and activity.
3. Select Account type and tools.
4. Select Switch to professional account.
5. Choose Business.

Select Messages and story replies.

1. Open the Instagram mobile app.
2. Go to Settings and activity.
3. Select Messages and story replies.
4. Select Message requests.
5. Enable Allow access to messages.

Step 4: Connect Instagram to Your Facebook Business Page
