Prospyr supports the concept of "Follow Up" notes, these can be useful if you need to add onto an existing note that has been locked and signed by it's assigned provider, or in any scenario where you want to add an explicit addendum to an existing clinical note.
Follow up notes maintain all the same properties and functionality of regular notes, they just attach to a parent note hierarchically.
How to create a Follow Up Note
To create a Follow Up Note, navigate to the Note you want to follow up on either in the Appointment or Patient Chart "Notes" tab.
Then click the "Add Follow Up" button on the note card.
You'll be taken to the usual Note editing interface, and this note will be clearly marked as a "Follow up" as well as which note its a child of.
Clicking on the green "Follow-up" tag will show you a preview of the parent note in a popover in case you need to reference any values or information in there.
