Before continuing, make sure you have:
Connected your Facebook Page and linked Instagram account to Prospyr. See How to Connect Facebook and Instagram to Prospyr
An active Facebook or Instagram lead ad campaign using a Meta lead ad form
How Leads Reach Prospyr
Once Meta is connected, leads submitted through your Facebook or Instagram lead ad forms sync into Prospyr automatically. There’s nothing extra to turn on.
Go to Opportunities in the left-hand menu to view them.
Each Opportunity created this way shows a Source that matches the name of the Facebook or Instagram ad campaign it came from. This helps you identify which campaign generated the lead.
Mapping Your Ad Form Fields (Optional)
Prospyr can map the questions on your Meta lead ad form to corresponding fields in Prospyr. This is optional. Your leads will still come in and create Opportunities without field mapping.
Mapping can be helpful when:
Your ad form has several questions
You use custom questions or fields
You want specific responses to populate specific fields in Prospyr
You want to use those mapped fields when filtering or reviewing Opportunities
If your forms are short or you run many different campaigns, you may not need to set up individual field mappings.
To set up mapping for a form:
Go to Settings → Online Tools → Lead Forms.
Click Meta Ad Forms.
Click New Form.
Select the form you want to map from the dropdown menu.
Notes
If your ad form fields are mapped, you can use those mapped fields when filtering or reviewing Opportunities.
Leads sync automatically once Meta is connected, but changes made by Meta can occasionally affect the connection. If leads stop coming in, contact Prospyr Support.
