Google may occasionally revoke calendar permissions, which can cause your Google Calendar sync to stop. Prospyr will alert you when this happens and pause your calendar sync until it’s reconnected. You will receive an email notification or see a reconnect prompt in Prospyr letting you know that action is needed.
Reconnect Google Calendar
Go to Settings → User Settings → Calendar.
Click Reconnect Google Calendar.
Complete Google's permission screen.
Your calendar sync should resume.
On your first reconnect, we recommend clicking Resync to make sure your appointments are fully caught up.
If your calendar looks connected
If you don't see Reconnect Google Calendar, but your calendar isn't syncing follow the steps below. You do not need to disconnect your calendar first.
Click the refresh icon next to your calendar list.
You may see an error. This is expected.
Reload the page.
You should now see Reconnect Google Calendar.
Click Reconnect Google Calendar and complete Google's permission screen.
If your calendar disconnects again
If your calendar becomes disconnected, reconnect it promptly to resume syncing. After your initial reconnect and resync, you shouldn’t need to resync again as long as you reconnect promptly.
