Use Action Rewards to award points to patients for completing specific actions. Rewards can be applied automatically by the system or manually with verification, allowing flexible patient engagement and tracking.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Payments > Rewards > Reward Types.
Step 2: Scroll down to Action Rewards and click Add.
Step 3: Choose whether you are giving points Automatically or Manually.
Step 2: If you are giving a Manual Reward, enter the amount of points, a description, and confirmation message. The patient will see the description and confirmation message in their patient portal.
Step 3: Once the patient receives the prompt or question in their Patient Portal, they will enter a response and click Complete.
Step 4: Then, a team member can review the reward request in the Admin Portal. The request will appear in the Approve Rewards section.
