Referral Rewards

Use Referral Rewards to allow patients to share referral codes and earn points or coupons when referred friends meet a required spend amount.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Payments > Rewards > Reward Types.

Step 2: Click Enable to turn on patient referral rewards.

Step 3: Choose which Booking Page referred friends will see after clicking the referral link.

Step 4: Set the minimum spend amount needed to qualify for Referral Rewards.

Step 5: Toggle on Referring Patient Reward.

Step 6: Decide if you want to use Reward Points or Coupons for the reward. If you are using Reward Points, set the amount. If you are using a Coupon, select which one.

Step 7: Toggle on Referred Patient Reward.

Step 8: Decide if you want to use Reward Points or Coupons for the reward. If you are using Reward Points, set the amount. If you are using a Coupon, select which one.

Step: 9: Click Save.
