Use Consumption Rewards to give points to patients for purchases made at your practice. These rewards can be applied to categories, services, products, memberships, or packages.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Payments > Rewards > Reward Types.
Step 2: Scroll down to Consumption Rewards and select Add to set up.
Step 3: Set how many Points Per Dollar get awarded per dollar spent.
Step 4: You can assign points based on the Location, Category, Service, Product, Membership, or Package.
Additional Information 💡
If multiple rewards could apply for a transaction, the system automatically picks the one that gives the patient the most points.
The total amount used for points excludes taxes and gratuities.
