This article will guide you through the process of managing injectable traceability using the inventory module in Prospyr.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings.
Step 2: Access your Inventory.
Step 3: Examine the setup of a sample injectable, in this case, Dysport, which has a total quantity of 75.
Step 4: Note the lot number, ABC123, and its expiry status. Also, ensure that this consumable is associated with a service in your catalog.
Step 5: Scroll down to find the Dysport service.
Step 6: Under inventory products, verify that the Dysport service is associated with the injectable, Dysport consumable.
Step 7: Create a new appointment for Dysport.
Step 8: Now, to subtract from our inventory consumable amount for this injectable, either click Manage consumables or click where the service table indicates that Dysport requires this port.
Step 9: Click Resolve to manage this consumable.
Step 10: Select the lot number, note the expiration date, vendor, and type.
Step 11: Specify the quantity injected, for instance, nine units, and hit Resolve.
Step 12: Alternatively, you can manage this through a note. Navigate to New Note.
Step 13: Press forward slash to add consumables directly into the note.
Step 14: Click Manage to get the same interface with the opportunity to resolve a consumable.
Step 15: To verify that this was deducted from inventory, go back to Settings.
Step 16: Access Inventory and scroll to the location of the item.
Step 17: Click the History button to see the removed units, the lot number, who did it, and when it was done.
By following these steps, you'll effectively manage injectable traceability in Prospyr, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and service association.
