Using Inventory Management In Prospyr

With Prospyr’s inventory management functionality, you can keep track of both retail product inventory and service consumables in one place.

Use the guides in this section to follow the the three step process to get up and running with inventory management:

  1. Add the products (retail products and service consumable) that you want to track and the vendors you buy from to Products and Vendors

  2. Add your on hand inventory in the Inventory section

  3. Connect your inventory products to the appropriate services and retail products via the catalog

If an inventory product is connected to a service, it will be manually recorded by the staff when charting an appointment.

If an inventory product is connected to a retail product in your catalog, it will be removed from inventory each time an invoice is fully paid.
