Understanding Patient Text Conversations in Prosper System
Notification of New Message
Receive notification about new messages from patients.
Notifications can be through in-app bell, text, or email.
Accessing Patient Text Conversations
Find all patient text conversations in the Conversations section of the main menu.
View ongoing messages with patients.
Viewing Messages
Click into a specific patient message to see sent and received messages.
Unread messages will be indicated by a red dot.
Responding to Patients
Type the response message.
Send the message by clicking the send button or hitting the enter key.
