How to Add or Remove Accepted Payment Options

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Payments

Click on Payments

3. The list of available payment methods will appear. Check anything that the practice will accept as a payment method. When done, click save.

External payment methods such as Cherry or Alle will be managed outside of Prospyr. These options are for documentation/reporting purposes only.

4. When default to patient wallet is toggled on, any balance that the patient has in their wallet will automatically be used first before resorting to other payment methods.
