This guide covers how to redeem a gift card into a patient’s wallet. After a gift card is redeemed, it can be applied to future invoices via the “Gift Card” payment method.
When a patient is ready to redeem their gift card, navigate to their patient profile and click the patient wallet icon
Click on Redeem Gift Card
Type the redemption code from the receipt into the field and click Redeem
The patient's gift card balance will be updated to reflect the amount redeemed
NOTE: A patient's gift card balance can be checked at any time by navigating to the patient wallet
To use the redeemed balance, open or create an invoice for the patient, and after hitting “Pay Now” select “Gift Card” as the payment option
