How to Attach Consumables to a Service and Appointment

Attaching Consumables to a Service

Step 1: Navigate to the catalog and find the service that the consumable applies to (i.e. for the service “Filler”, Radiesse and Juvederm would apply)

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “+ Add New Product”. Search for the applicable product. Be sure that number of units and cost per unit is filled out.

Number of Units- How many units will be used by default (this can always be changed when the consumable is added to the appointment)

Cost per Unit- How much each unit costs to the business (wholesale cost)

Step 3: Click on “Update Service”

The consumable can also be deleted by clicking the trash can icon.

Attaching Consumables to an Appointment

Step 1: Navigate to the appointment. At the top of the appointment screen, click on “Manage Consumables” in the consumables section. A list of assigned consumables will appear in the box that pops up.

Step 2: Click the “Resolve” button next to the consumable name. The product selector and quantity fields will appear. Clicking into the product field will show you all available lot #s associated with the product. Select the applicable lot #, then enter the quantity used (i.e. enter 50 if you used 50 units of Botox). Click “Submit”.

If this consumable was not used, click the orange “Mark Unused” button.
