1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Providers
3. Next to the name of the provider whose schedule you'd like to update, click Edit
4. Click on Schedule
5. You can update the schedule for all locations. Be sure to click on the correct one.
6. Click on Add availability
Note: Default availability may already appear here. You have a few options to change it. You can delete the default availability entirely and start over, or you can edit the times on the default availability.
7. If you'd like to remove a block of time, you can click on the trashcan icon
8. Check or uncheck a box to toggle if a provider is available that day or not. Use the drop down arrow to modify the time. Click on Save Availability once you are done.
9. It is also possible to set availability for certain dates if a provider doesn't have a regular schedule. To start, click on the location the provider will be working at.
10. Click on Add availability
11. In start date and end date, select the date range you'd like the schedule to apply to. After you've done that, you can follow the previous steps to adjust days/time.
12. When done, click Save Availability
