Overview of opportunities and how to use them to track patient leads

1. The Oppys column will show a list of potential new patients who have filled out a form on your website. You can manually add to the column as well.

2. The lead can be tagged by clicking in the Add tags to lead field

3. The source shows where the lead came from. Any lead that came from a form will automatically display the name of the form. Otherwise, you can set the lead source to whatever you'd like.

4. Clicking the eye icon shows lead history, and allows you to quickly enter a step

5. To log an event, click the drop down arrow and select what action was taken (phone call, SMS). Type in the result in the highlighted field.

6. Click on Track Event to save

7. The Details tab will show more information about a lead, if available

8. Click on Close to return back to the opportunities page

9. The calendar icon allows you to quickly create an appointment

10. The standard appointment workflow will pop up

11. The edit icon allows you to change the source of the lead

12. You can type freely into the field, then click Update Lead to save

13. The Hot Lead column displays leads that are most likely to book an appointment. A lead can be dragged over to this column from Oppys once positive interaction has taken place

14. If the lead has a phone number, you can click the text icon next to their number to pull up SMS messaging

15. If a lead has had a previous appointment, it will show below the tags

16. The booked column is for leads that have successfully been converted and have booked their appointment

17. The had consultation column is for patients who have already had consultations.

18. The No Show or Cancellation column is for patients who cancelled or did not show up for their appointment

19. You can change the order of the columns by dragging the column to the spot you'd like to move it to.

20. To quickly book an appointment with a patient, click on the calendar icon

21. Select the date you'd like to book the appointment for in the calendar pop-out

22. Click on Date range to filter opportunities by date. You can choose a start and end date to see opportunities from within this range. When done, click apply.

23. You can also filter opportunities by source. Click in the highlighted field and type the source you'd like to search by.

25. To manually add a lead, click on the add button

26. Type the name of the patient in the select a patient field

27. Type in the source

28. Select the corresponding status of the lead

29. Click on Create lead

30. You can delete a lead by dragging it down to the bottom section highlighted.

31. Scrolling over to the right, you can add a column by clicking + Add Column

32. Type in whatever you'd like to call the column. Click the check mark when done.

Note: These columns are all completely customizable
