Chart Note Management

When a provider on an appointment completes their chart note by saving and signing it, the note will automatically lock. Notes can also be locked during the charting process via the lock button:

Once a note is locked, it can only be unlocked by the provider of record on an appointment or a workspace owner to add an addendum. All changes to notes are audited and logged, and can be viewed in the notes audit log.
