How to Create and Manage Landing Pages

Create an AI-built landing page that books into your calendar, edit and publish it, share the link, restore versions, add tracking, and review analytics.

Landing pages are single web pages for your ads and campaigns that book straight into your calendar. You describe what you're promoting, Prospyr's assistant builds the page, and you can refine it, publish it, share the link, and track visits and bookings.

Before you begin:

  • Booking pages: A landing page's book buttons open one of your online booking pages, and the sample pages need one. If you want either and don't have a booking page yet, follow How to Create an Online Booking Page first.

  • Access: Landing pages are available to the Owner, Office Admin, and Marketer roles, once the feature is turned on for your workspace. If you don't see Landing Pages in Settings, ask your practice owner or Prospyr Support.

Open Landing Pages

Your landing pages list is where you create new pages and manage existing ones.

  1. Click Settings in the left menu.

  2. Click Online Tools, then Landing Pages.

Create a landing page from a description or a sample

Describe your offer to have the assistant write and design a page, choose a sample page to customize, or start with a blank page.

Create a page from a description

  1. In the text box under What are you promoting describe your offer. Include the treatment or service, the price or discount, and the dates the offer is available.

  2. Optional: Select a prompt beside Start from to use suggested wording. Choose New patient special, Seasonal promo, Event / open house, or Membership launch. This fills the description box with text you can edit. Replace the text in [brackets] with your offer details.

  3. Click the dropdown beside Books into to select the booking page patients will use to schedule an appointment. The first available booking page is selected automatically. If you see No booking pages, your practice does not have a booking page yet.

  4. Optional: To match the look of another website, click Design like another site and enter the website address in Reference site URL. To remove it, click Remove reference site.

  5. Click Generate page. Prospyr creates the page based on your description and opens it in the editor.

Note:

  • You can start with a blank page to build the page yourself by choosing the blank page prompt in Start From.

  • If the description is empty, you’ll see Describe what the page is promoting. Enter your offer details, then click Generate page again.

Create a landing page from a sample

Sample pages include example text and a design you can customize.

  1. Select a booking page under Books into. A booking page is required to use a sample.

  2. Under Start from a sample, click New patient laser special or Glow Club membership.

  3. The sample opens as a draft using your practice information and selected booking page. Edit the text and design to fit your offer, then review the page before publishing.

Edit your page

The editor shows a preview of your draft, the AI assistant editor, and the manual edit pane. The page status at the top shows Draft, Published, or Unpublished changes. Your changes save as you go. Look for All changes saved.

Ask the assistant for changes

  1. In Describe a change…, type what you'd like changed in plain words, for example "Make the headline shorter" or "Add a FAQ section".

  2. To change only one part of the page, click that part in the preview first, then describe the change. To go back to changing the whole page, click Page.

  3. Review the result in the preview.

Edit your page manually

  1. Open your landing page in the editor.

  2. Click the text, image, button, or section you want to change in the page preview.

  3. Make your changes in the settings panel on the right. The options depend on what you select. If the panel is hidden, click Show settings.

  4. Your edits save automatically as a draft. When you're ready to post select Publish.

Note: To change text, use the fields in the settings panel. You cannot type directly in the page preview.

Additional editing options

  • Reorder sections: Open Page → Outline. Drag sections into place or use the Move up / Move down arrows.

  • Duplicate or remove an item: Select the item, then use the duplicate or remove control in its settings.

  • Change colors, fonts, and shapes: Open Page → Theme.

  • Undo a change: Click Undo at the top of the editor.

Preview your page

  1. Switch between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile to check how the page looks on each screen size.

  2. Click Preview to check your draft. Links and buttons work as they will on the live page.

Preview visits aren't counted in your analytics.

Publish your page

Your page isn't visible to patients until you publish it.

  1. Click Publish.

  2. Under Page address, check where the page will be published. If you've connected your own domain, choose it under Domain and enter the Page path, the end of the link, such as spring-glow. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes.

  3. Review the Before you publish checks, such as whether the page has content and whether visitors can book or sign up.

  4. Optional: under Search & social preview, add the Title shown in search results and link previews.

  5. Click Publish.

When you see Your page is live, click Copy to copy the link, or Open to view the live page.

Share your page

Paste the copied link anywhere your patients will see it: texts, emails, your Instagram bio, or as the destination of your Meta or Google ads.

Change a published page

Edits you make after publishing go to your draft. The live page doesn't change until you click Publish again.

Restore an earlier version

Every time you publish, that version is kept.

  1. In the editor, open History. Your published version is listed under Live, and older ones under Earlier.

  2. Click Restore on the version you want.

  3. Check the restored draft, then click Publish to make it live.

Restoring copies that version into your draft. Your live page only changes when you publish again.

Add ad tracking

Connect your advertising or analytics tools to track landing page visits, completed bookings, and lead form submissions.

  1. In the Page panel, click Tracking.

  2. Turn on the tracking tool you want to connect.

  3. Enter the IDs or labels from your advertising or analytics account. Use the guide below to see what you need.

  4. Click Save tracking. Your changes apply immediately to the live page. You do not need to republish.

Tracking tool

What to enter

Google Ads conversions

Your Conversion ID (starts with AW-). Add a Booking label to track completed bookings, a Lead label to track lead form submissions, or both.

Meta pixel

Your Pixel ID. You can also specify the events used for bookings and leads.

Google Analytics 4

Your Measurement ID (starts with G-).

Google Tag Manager

Your Container ID (starts with GTM-).

Already tracking a booking page? Click Copy from a booking page to reuse its tracking IDs. Review the settings, then click Save tracking. Custom scripts are not copied.

Using another tracking provider? Under Custom scripts, click Add a script and paste the code supplied by a trusted provider. If you add a conversion-event script, you must also add the provider’s base code as an On page load script.

Check your tracking: For a published page, use the option to open the live page with a tracking check. This shows which tracking tags load and which page views or conversions are sent.

Note:

  • Booking conversions count appointments completed through the landing page’s booking drawer or widget. Lead conversions count submissions through its lead form.

  • Tracking applies to the live page as soon as you save it. You don't need to publish again.

Manage your landing pages

The Landing pages list shows each page with its Status and results for the Last 30 days: Visitors, Bookings, and Conv. rate.

  • Analytics: Opens the page's full analytics.

  • Open live page: Opens the published page so you can see what patients see.

  • Archive: Archives a page you no longer need.

View page analytics

Analytics show how many people visit the page and how many book or send a lead form.

  1. On the Landing pages list, click the page's Analytics action.

  2. Choose a Date range.

  3. Switch between Overview, Traffic & campaigns, and Page performance.

  • Conversion rate: Bookings plus leads, divided by visitors.

  • Booked revenue: An estimate based on your service prices.

  • Traffic & campaigns: Shows where visitors come from. Campaign names come from the tracking tags on your ad links.

  • Page performance: Shows how far visitors scroll and which buttons they click.

Numbers refresh every hour.

Connect your own domain

By default, pages are published at a Prospyr address. To publish at your practice's own address, connect a subdomain you own, such as offers.yourpractice.com. You'll need access to its DNS settings, or help from whoever manages your website.

  1. On the Landing pages list, click Domains.

  2. Click Connect a domain, enter your subdomain, and click Get DNS instructions.

  3. Add the records shown where your domain's DNS is managed. Copy each Name / Host and Value / Target exactly, and leave TTL on its default.

  4. Click I’ve added the records — check connection.

When Domain ownership and DNS points to your pages both show Verified, the domain shows Connected. If a check shows Waiting, check the connection again later. You can then choose the domain when you publish.

Note: On your own domain, each page path can only be used once. If it's taken, choose a different one.

Good to know

  • Your live page doesn't change when you edit. Click Publish again to update it.

  • Tracking codes go live as soon as you click Save tracking.

  • If you add custom HTML to a page, scripts, forms, embedded frames, and click actions are removed for safety.
