This article will teach you how to create a custom AI-generated audience using your patient data to target the right people for your email and SMS campaigns. This feature allows you to describe the type of patients you want to reach, and AI will automatically build an audience based on factors like visit history, services, timing, and other relevant criteria.
Step 1: Click the envelope icon on the left sidebar and select Direct Marketing.
Step 2: Go to Audiences and click.
Step 3: Select Create Audience and click.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and select AI Generated Audience and click Continue.
Step 5: Enter your prompt in the text box. For example, to create a list for a VIP patient event, type a prompt like: “Patients who have spent more than $5,000 since January 1, 2026.”
Step 6: Press Enter on your keyboard to generate the audience. Review the audience results.
Step 7: If you’re satisfied, click Save Audience.
Step 8: Name Audience List and click Save Audience.
💡 Tips:
AI-generated lists are saved as bulk audiences. You can reuse them by selecting the saved name when creating an Email or SMS campaign, or when creating a new audience.
Examples of AI prompts:
Leads who have never had an appointment, don't have any upcoming appointments, have a phone number, and have marketing SMS enabled
Patients who completed more than one Botox or Dysport appointment, their last visit was over 90 days ago, have no future visits, have SMS marketing enabled, and have not received SMS messages within 72 hours
Female patients who have purchased HRT pellets in the last 6 months
Patients over 45
