In this article, you'll learn how to create an all contacts audience and send them an email or SMS blast.
Step 1: Navigate to the Direct Marketing tab.
Step 2: Proceed to the Audiences tab.
Step 3: Click on the Create audience button for all contacts.
Step 4: Choose the Create custom Targeted audiences option and click Continue.
Step 5: Name your audience, for example, "all contacts". Select the bulk blast audience type.
Step 6: Click Continue.
Step 7: To target all patients, go to patient status and set the status to "not equal to fired".
This ensures you target all patients who haven't been fired and who have email or SMS targeting enabled.
Step 8: Click Create.
Step 9: Now, let's create an email campaign. Name your campaign, for example, "grand opening".
Step 10: Follow the wizard to fill out all necessary sections for sending an email.
Step 11: Choose an email template or create a new email.
Step 12: Select the recipients of the email. Choose Bulk Blast audience and all contacts.
Step 13: Enter the name of your practice and the email address you set up with Prosper during onboarding for marketing emails.
Step 14: Set up a subject for your email and decide whether to send the email now or schedule it for later.
Step 15: Save a draft, send a test email, save the email as a template, or if you're ready, click Send.

Step 16: Go to SMS campaigns and click Create SMS campaign.
Step 17: Fill out the form, giving your campaign a name and content.
Step 18: Select bulk blast audience and all contacts.
Step 19: Decide whether to send the SMS now or later.
Step 20: Save your draft. You have the option to test or send the SMS.
