Make New Members Sign an Agreement When Purchasing Memberships in Prospyr
Capture signatures for membership agreements automatically when members purchase through your storefront. This feature helps you ensure every member agrees to your terms before completing checkout.
Step 1: Go to Membership Settings and edit the membership you want to sell through your storefront.
Step 2: Toggle on Display in Storefront.
Step 3: Turn on the Require Agreement option.
Step 4: Select the agreement you want new members to sign.
Step 5: Click Update Membership to save your changes.
When a patient buys a membership from your storefront, they'll reach the agreements section during checkout. Prosper will prompt them to review and sign all required agreements before they can complete their purchase. This ensures every member reviews and signs your membership agreement before their membership begins.
Requiring agreements at checkout keeps your processes compliant and members informed from the very start.
