1. Click on Settings

4. Appointment reminders are messages sent to a patient a set number of days before their appointment

There's no limit to the number of reminders that can be set up up. To add a new one, use the arrows to select the desired number of days before the appointment, then click the +. A custom message can be added into the text box. Merge tags can be added for the patient's name, appointment time, and appointment date as shown below by the words between these brackets: {{ }}

5. Each section has an update settings button. Be sure to click it for each section updated in order to save the changes made.

6. When Complete Action Links is enabled, this will add a link to your appointment reminders that the patient can use to access their forms and consents without needing to log into their patient portal

7. Appointment confirmations will automatically send out once a patient has replied to confirm the appointment, or the appointment is manually marked as confirmed in Prospyr.

8. Appointment Cancellation message, when enabled, will automatically send a message when an appointment status is moved to cancelled.

9. Appointment No Show message, when enabled, will automatically send a message when an appointment status is moved to no show.

10. Afterhours Autoresponder message, when enabled, will send out automatically if a patient sends a text message outside of business hours.

11. Remind patients that have already confirmed, when enabled, will continue to send out appointment reminders to patients regardless of confirmation status
