How to Set Up the Prospyr–Qualiphy Integration for Outsourced Good Faith Exams

Connect Prospyr with Qualiphy to automate and streamline your good faith exam (GFE) process. This setup lets Qualiphy handle exams, reach out to patients, and update you when everything’s complete.

Navigate to Settings in your Prospyr account.

Step 1: Select Online tools, then choose Qualiphy.

Use the settings search to find Qualiphy, if needed.

Step 2: Toggle on Enable for Qualiphy integration.

Get your Qualiphy API key. Open your Qualiphy Clinic dashboard, go to Settings, and click Copy next to the API key.

Step 3: Paste the API key in Prospyr's Qualiphy integration field.

Step 4: Click Save Changes.

Step 5: Click Test Connection. Wait for confirmation that the connection is successful.

Once the integration is active, you’re ready to send GFE requests directly from appointments.

Step 6: Open any appointment in Prospyr.

Step 7: Look for and click the Request GFE button.

Step 8: Review the matching exam type the system suggests (it chooses based on services). Confirm or adjust as needed.

Click Send GFE Request to submit.

Qualify will contact the patient, complete the exam, and notify you when finished. All final exam documents will appear in the patient’s Notes and documents section.
