In this article, you'll learn how to create an automated marketing workflow in Prospyr to send messages to new leads over time.
Step 1: Start by navigating to the
Settings,
Data,
and Workflows sections. Proceed to create
a new workflow.
Name this workflow "Leads Over Time". The first task is to set up the trigger. Click into the trigger configuration and set it to
trigger on "Lead Form Submitted". This can either trigger on any lead form submission, or you can
select a specific lead form to communicate with leads from there.
Step 2: After setting up your trigger node, decide how you want to communicate. To send a message immediately after a lead is submitted, click the plus button to add a new node and select an action type.
You have several options: wait, send an email, send an SMS, or set a condition. In this case, we'll send an SMS
saying "Thank you for your interest. Our team will be in touch soon." You also have the option to not send this if the patient has recently sent an inbound
message.
Step 3: Next, set a waiting
period. Let's say we want to wait for four days.
Step 4: After the waiting period, set a condition.
Setting up conditions is straightforward.
Describe in plain English what you want to happen, such as "Patient has no upcoming appointments." Then
click "Generate" and the system will figure out how to describe that condition.
Configure a "Yes" and a "No" response. If a patient has no upcoming appointments, you might want to send another
message,
like "Why haven't you booked yet?"
Step 5: Continue this process as needed. If they do have an appointment, you might want to wait
a bit longer,
say seven days,
and then send a different
message, such as a solicitation.
For instance, "Please review us on Google."
Step 6: You can continue this process by adding
another delay, say five days,
and then send
an SMS.
Step 7: Set up an exit condition for scenarios where you don't want to bother the patient anymore.
To do this, set up the exit condition,
type it out,
click "Generate"
and "Save". This workflow will exit at any point if the exit condition is true.
Step 8: Once you're satisfied with your workflow,
click "Save", and then
you have the option to
enable or disable it. And that's all there is to setting up workflows!
