How to Update Provider Availability

Changing a provider's hours to update their schedule

Editing Provider's Availability in Settings

  1. Accessing Provider Settings

    • Go to settings

    • Select providers

    • Click on the edit button next to the provider's name

  2. Navigating to Schedule Tab

    • Go to the schedule tab after selecting the provider

  3. Editing Provider's Default Schedule

    • Review the default schedule for the provider

    • Uncheck boxes for days where availability needs to change weekly

  4. Adding New Availability

    • Click on the add availability button

    • Choose the date range for the new availability

    • Ensure boxes for selected week days are checked

    • Set the specific times the provider will be working

  5. Saving Changes

    • Click save to confirm the changes made

    • Save availability to finalize the new availability settings
